These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 88ef8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the 88ef8 website, mobile platform and all associated services available at 88ef8.cam.

By accessing the 88ef8 platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

88ef8 provides an online sports betting and casino gaming information and wagering service targeting English-speaking users in Pakistan and international jurisdictions. All platform content is presented in English. Pakistani users will find local context throughout the platform — including PKR amounts, references to familiar payment methods and coverage of Pakistani cricket, PSL and ICC tournaments — though these local references do not constitute endorsement by any Pakistani authority or payment provider.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 88ef8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, syndicate or third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any associated platform operated by the same group.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by 88ef8 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any regulatory exclusion or self-exclusion register applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of 88ef8 or any of its affiliated entities.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, a contact number. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity or payment details.
• The use of VPNs, proxy servers or other tools to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• All registration details are subject to verification. 88ef8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
• Where a duplicate account is identified, 88ef8 may close any or all accounts and forfeit balances at its discretion in accordance with applicable terms.

88ef8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its compliance obligations. KYC verification may be required before processing a withdrawal, in response to unusual account activity, or at any point the operator deems appropriate.

• Acceptable identity documents: National Identity Card (CNIC), valid passport or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document dated within the last 90 days, showing your registered name and address.
• Payment verification: In some cases, documentation verifying ownership of your deposit method may be required.
• Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in a temporary withdrawal hold until verification is complete.
• All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits fund your 88ef8 account balance and enable wagering. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Available deposit methods are shown in the live cashier and may change at any time. Familiar Pakistani payment references — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar local options where applicable. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The payment account used for withdrawal must match the name registered on your 88ef8 account. Name mismatches will cause the withdrawal to be held pending additional verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before bonus-linked funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per method and are published in the cashier.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates only — no specific timeframe is guaranteed. Times depend on the selected method, account verification status and operator processing queues.
• 88ef8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing.
• Where a deposit was made using a specific method, the operator may require that the equivalent deposit amount be returned to the same method before an alternative withdrawal method is approved.

88ef8 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are published per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including through multi-accounting, bonus cycling or matched-betting using restricted odds — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Illustrative welcome bonus figures (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are maximum values. Actual bonus amounts depend on deposit amounts and eligibility, as stated in current promotion terms.
• 88ef8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 88ef8 platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed wagers.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (manifest error), 88ef8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Match or event postponements, abandonments and result reversals are handled in accordance with the specific rules published for each sport — accessible in the Platform's rules documentation.
• For Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football and other covered events: market availability, settlement rules and void conditions are sport-specific. Players are responsible for reading applicable rules before placing wagers.
• 88ef8 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market or event.
• Winnings from void bets are returned as stake only — not at odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88ef8. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates the movement of criminal proceeds through the Platform.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPNs or other obfuscation tools.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at support staff or other users.
• Any activity that 88ef8 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive or contrary to fair play principles.

88ef8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement or financial compliance authority.
• At the Account holder's own voluntary request (self-exclusion or account closure).

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a balance is payable following a legitimate account closure, it will be returned to the verified payment method of record following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

88ef8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all markets, including Pakistan. The following obligations and tools apply to all Account holders:

• Players must use the Platform for entertainment purposes only — not as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 88ef8.
• The 88ef8 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
• Content provided by third-party game studios, odds providers and data suppliers remains the intellectual property of those respective parties and is used under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88ef8 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from use of the Platform or participation in any game or wager.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data transmission errors or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party system failures or acts of force majeure.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Account holder has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any action taken by a Pakistani or international authority affecting access to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88ef8's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88ef8 holds its operating licence. Specific licensing information, where available and verifiable, is published in the operator's current terms documentation. 88ef8 does not fabricate licensing details and does not claim authorisation from Pakistani authorities.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence provides otherwise.

88ef8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
